Q. Can I replace or Exchange the product if I Don’t Like?

A. Replacement or exchange shall be given only if there are any damages (unboxing video is must). For replacement, the item needs to be couriered back to the address we provide and we shall be replace it and courier once we get back your parcel.

Q. How many days does it take to Deliver the product and do you have express shipping?

A. The whole delivery process takes 4 to 8 working days and NO, we don’t have express shipping.

Q. Can we cancel the order?

A. NO. Once the order has been placed there is no cancellation.

Q. Can we use international cards for payment?

A. NO we don’t accept International cards. You can either use any Indian mode of Payment or can use PAYPAL to place your order.

Q. Will the product be exactly as shown in the Picture?

A. As these are handcrafted by our local artisans so there shall be minute differences from piece to piece but not any major differences, no exchange shall be given based on a small minute differences!

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. No, we accept only orders within India only for the time being. Working on taking worldwide orders soon.

Q. When and How do I track my order?

A. Once the item is shipped, the tracking shall be updated to your SMS/MAIL. Please click on the tracking number and track your parcel.

Q. What is the Jewellery made of?

A. All of the products are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matte/imitation golden color. None of the jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver/gold/diamond jewellery.

Q. Is there any guarantee/warranty for products?

A. NO. There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewellery to you.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. If you have an account created with us, the order details are available on our main page. The tracking deatils are sent to the mail. If you have placed an order as a guest, the tracking details will be available on your given mail ID.

Q. Can i polish the jewellery?

A. Artificial jewellery can not be polished.

Q. Will the products be checked for damage before dispatch?

A. Every product is checked for damage and is repacked before shipping. It is also packed with lots of love.

Q. Can i speak to someone about a problem on the website?

Q. Do you have a physical outlet?

A. No, we do not have a physical shop yet.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. We usually deliver within 3-9 Business days of placement of the order.

Q. What are the available payment options?

A. We support credit card, debit card, Net Banking, NEFT, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe etc.

Q. What is ‘save the card’ option on the payment page?

A. This feature allows you to enter your financial details and save it for the future use, which will make your checkout quicker in the next order. Your information is kept safely on our secured payment gateway and you will still be asked for verification to complete future transactions.

Q. What should I do if I have not received my order within the promised delivery timelines?
